What Happens When You Return Home?

Over the past few days, I've shared a little of my own journey with Breathwork Mastery RBM.

I've shared stories of possibility, curiosity and the gentle ways this work has shaped my life.

One question I've been asked time and time again is:

"What actually happens in a Breathwork Mastery RBM session?"

The answer is beautifully simple.

The first thing I want you to know is that there is nothing you need to become before you arrive.

You don't need to be calm.

You don't need to know how to breathe.

You don't need any previous experience.

You don't even need to know exactly why you're coming.

You simply arrive exactly as you are.

There is no right way.

There is no wrong way.

There is no doing it right.

Together, we begin by gently landing.

We connect with ourselves, with each other and with the space around us. I share a little about Breathwork Mastery RBM and what you can expect, so you can settle into the experience feeling informed, supported and safe.

From there, we set a meaningful intention.

Not my intention.

Not someone else's.

Yours.

How would you prefer life to be going right now?

What would you love to create more of?

These intentions become a gentle guide for the journey ahead.

Then we lie down and begin to breathe.

For around ninety minutes, we breathe a longer, slower, fuller-than-usual breath.

It sounds incredibly simple.

And it is.

Yet within that simplicity, something remarkable can begin to unfold.

As we breathe, we gently invite our nervous system towards safety. From that place, the body often begins to unwind in the way it is ready to.

Sometimes people experience deep relaxation.

Sometimes they gain unexpected clarity.

Sometimes emotions surface.

Sometimes nothing dramatic happens at all.

Every experience is different because every person is different.

There is no experience you are supposed to have.

Only your experience.

After the breath, we create space to integrate.

Some people journal.

Some draw.

Some simply sit quietly and notice.

There is no rush to move on.

Finally, we come back together for reflection.

If you feel called to share, you're warmly invited. If you would rather simply listen, that's perfect too.

Together, we gently explore how your experience may connect with the intention you set and the season of life you're currently walking through.

And then...

You simply return to everyday life.

Not with homework.

Not with something else to fix.

Not with another long to-do list.

Just with curiosity.

Curious about what feels different.

Curious about what has shifted.

Curious about what becomes possible.

Because often, the most meaningful changes don't happen in the session itself.

They unfold quietly in the days and weeks that follow, as you move through life with a little more awareness, a little more connection and a little more choice.

If your heart has been whispering "yes" as you've followed along this week, I'd love to welcome you.

Tomorrow I'll be opening registrations for my very first Breathwork Mastery RBM experiences—both online and here in Rushworth.

Wherever you are on your journey, I hope this has offered a gentle glimpse into what it's like to return home.

Arrive.

Connect.

Intend.

Breathe.

Reflect.

Return.

With love and light,
